Overview
Carmacoat EPX 205 TC is a 2-part epoxy floor coating. The solventless coating contains 98 ± 2% volume solids, exhibiting good chemical resistance and providing long-lasting durability.

Application
The entire surface must be prepared in accordance with SSPC rules and regulations. Read guide Surface Preparation of Concrete for Epoxy Floor Coating. For best results apply a Carmacoat EPX 106 P primer prior to topcoat. Apply as a single coat using a roller with a rate of 1 set per 20 SQM. For a self-levelling application, use a paint roller and spread evenly on the surface at a rate of 1 set per 10 SQM. Use a spike roller to eliminate bubbles.
Mixing Instruction
Stir Part A until the color of the paint is uniform. Add Part B to Part A and mix thoroughly and let it sit. Paint will warm up to indicate when ready. The mixture will start to thicken once pot life is reached.
Mixing Ratio by Weight
Part A : Part B = 2.7 : 1.0
Pot Life
> 30°C = 10 minutes
> 20°C = 20 minutes
> 10°C = 30 minutes
Theorethical Coverage
Wear coat / Topcoat: 20 SQM per set at 0.5mm DFT
Self-Levelling Application: 10 SQM per set at 1.0mm DFT

Shelf Life
12 months from the date of production.
Storage Condition
The product must be stored in its original, unopened, undamaged container. Keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
